General

DOES DIAMONDS INC KEEP RINGS IN STOCK?

All our rings are made to order, so we do not keep all bridal products in stock. We often have some designs in inventory allowing us to take photos, measurements and use for appointments. Please reach out to us using the contact form if you have any specific questions. 

DOES DIAMONDS INC MAKE WAX MODELS OR SEND OUT RINGS TO TRY ON?

We do offer wax molds and send rings for customers to try on for a small fee. We try our best to provide you with detailed photos and videos of our products so you can feel confident in ordering your dream ring. If you are unable to find what you are looking for, please reach out to us using our contact form.

DOES MY PURCHASE COME WITH A RING BOX?

All our products are shipped in secure packaging customize to the type of jewelry purchased. All rings are shipped in our standard black ring box. You can choose an upgraded velvet sage green ring box option at checkout.

DOES DIAMONDS INC HAVE ANY PHYSICAL LOCATIONS?

DOES DIAMONDS INC TAKE APPOINTMENTS?

Yes! We are happy to schedule in-person or virtual appointments. Please schedule appointment via our website. We look forward to meeting with you! 

WHAT ARE DIAMONDS INC'S BUSINESS HOURS?

We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00am – 5:30pm Saturdays 1000am - 3:30pm. If you reach out to us after hours, we will respond within the next day during business hours. 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you need to update your shipping address or any other information on your order, please contact us via our contact form with your order number and what needs to be changed. We are unable to make these changes over the phone, as we need written documentation.

CAN I GET AN UPDATE ON MY ORDER? HOW AM I ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking number once your order is shipped.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO HEAR BACK FROM AN DIAMONDS INC REPRESENTATIVE?

We work hard to get back to all our customers within 24-48 hours of business hours. If you do not hear back from us within that timeline, please don’t hesitate to reach out again, as we are eager to help you.  

DOES PICKING MY OWN CENTER STONE MAKE MY RING "CUSTOM" AND NON-RETURNABLE?"

No, if you choose your setting and center stone through the website it is not a custom ring. You will work along a designer for a custom ring and they will make sure you are aware if your ring is considered a custom ring. 

DOES DIAMONDS INC OFFER FINANCING?

We currently offer Klarna as a financing option. Simply choose Klarna at check out, as they are a third party. Unfortunately, Klarna is not an option for international customers or customers residing in Hawaii or New Mexico at this time. Please continue through the checkout process to see Klarna as an option.

Production

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All our products are made to order to ensure quality and personalization. Most products take approximately 2-3 weeks to create and ship. View the status of your order with our order tracker or contact us via our contact form with any other questions regarding processing time. 

ARE DIAMONDS INC'S PRODUCTS MADE OF QUALITY MATERIAL?

Absolutely! Our products are made of only the finest quality materials. The quality of stones and metals naturally differ (i.e. diamonds differ depending on clarity, cut and color: gold color can vary depending on karat), but we pride ourselves in ensuring each ring is crafted with the best of the best! Since each ring is unique, we make sure to specify the materials in the details section of each listing. 

ARE DIAMONDS INC'S RINGS AND STONES ETHICALLY SOURCED?

Yes, all materials used for production of your jewelry are ethically sourced from the highest trusted vendors around the world. 

HOW ARE DIAMONDS INC'S RINGS MADE?

At Diamonds Inc Jewelry, our design team works hard to brainstorm and design new styles and trends that we want to bring to life. Our talented and experienced goldsmiths bring these designs to reality. We also work with trusted vendors to source the highest quality of materials to make your dream ring a reality.

HOW CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?

Depending on the product, we may be able to expedite the process. Please contact us via our contact form the details of what you are looking to purchase along with the date you are hoping to receive the order by. We will do our best to help you meet your timeline, but we ask that you please keep in mind that all rings are made to order. 

Shipping

HOW DOES DIAMONDS INC SHIP MY RING?

We ship all our rings through FedEx with two-day shipping. All packages are insured, and signature required. This cannot be changed; however, the signature does not have to match the name on the package. You’ll receive an email with the tracking number once shipped. If you’d like to upgrade to overnight shipping, please contact us.

DOES IT SAY DIAMONDS INC JEWELRY ON THE SHIPPING LABEL?

No, the packaging label will say from “DIJ”. If you’d like to add discreet shipping or ask that your package be held at a FedEx location for pick up, please email our team with your order number. We are more than happy to help you surprise your loved ones! 

WHAT DO I SHIP MY RING BACK IN?

We recommend shipping your ring in a ring box that is securely package in a padded envelope and a box. Do not include the word “jewelry” on the shipping label for safety purposes. We recommend shipping your ring with insurance and signature required. Please do not send products in just an envelope or pad. 

IS SHIPPING COVERED WHEN SENDING THE RING BACK FOR RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR REPAIR?

For returns or exchanges the customer is responsible for all shipping costs back to Diamonds Inc.

For repairs, within the first 60 days from delivery the customer is responsible for shipping cost.

After the first 60 days and if you have purchased a Diamonds Inc Care Plan, shipping will be covered. We are happy to help customers purchase a discounted insured label through us. Please contact us for more details.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND DUTIES?

International customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping, customs & duties for their orders. These costs vary based on your location and local governments. To see rough pricing, please continue through the checkout process. 

Repairs, Returns & Exchanges

HOW DO I GET MY RING REPAIRED?

We are so sorry to hear that your jewelry needs to be repaired. Please contact us with your order number, an explanation of the issue. Our dedicated repairs team will be able to provide you with solutions and assistance. We will provide you with the information needed to ship your ring in for repair. 

HOW LONG DOES A REPAIR TAKE?

The repairs process typically takes 7-10 business days from when it arrives in our office. We work hard to get your order back to you as soon as possible. We ship all repairs back with FedEx Two-day shipping within the US. 

DOES DIAMONDS INC ALLOW RETURNS?

Yes, refunds and exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receiving your jewelry. However, this does EXCLUDE custom pieces, engraved items, and items broken or damaged after receipt. Please CONTACT US before you return any items to start the return process. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the piece to Diamonds Inc. 

WHAT IF I NEED MY RING RESIZED?

Diamonds Inc offers one complimentary* resizing within the first year of purchase for all US customers. This includes free shipping for the first resize. For international customers, there will be a return shipping fee of $60 for the complimentary resizing. See our ring resizing policy for more details.

Custom

AM I ABLE TO DESIGN A CUSTOM PIECE?

Yes! We love helping customers create the ring of their dreams. We can customize any design found on our site or create a completely customized ring for you. We have a dedicated custom design team here to support you. Please see the star your custom design page to fill out our custom design request form and we will help make your dream a reality.

WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION TIMELINE FOR CUSTOM DESIGNS?

Each custom is uniquely different, making the design timeline vary. The design process timeline ranges from 2-6 weeks, as it based on the details of your custom ring. Once your ring is designed and ready for production, production takes about 3-5 weeks. Please plan on a rough estimate of 6-10 weeks for custom designs. 

HOW MUCH MORE IS A CUSTOM RING?

Pricing for custom ring varies on the ring you are looking to design. There are a lot of factors that go into a ring such as stone size and type, if there are accent stones, and the amount of gold.

Warranty

WHAT WARRANTIES DOES DIAMONDS INC OFFER?

We offer our 60-day limited warranty on all our products. The 60 days start from the day your order is received and covers the following: most repairs, professional cleaning and inspections. If you want further protection after the 60 days we recommend purchasing a Diamonds Inc Care Plan as we offer 3 year increments or lifetime. Please see our Care Plan Insurance Page for more information. 

DOES DIAMONDS INC OFFER INSURANCE ON THEIR RINGS?

Diamonds Inc does not offer any in-house insurance policies, but we do have a trusted third party we recommend. Jewelers Mutual is a great option as they are priced fairly and cover a large majority of issues (i.e. accident loss, theft or loss of center stone).
